Membership is open to all of the Christian Orthodox faith and in good standing with the Church. All applicants must be able to accept and abide by the Order's regulations (see Constitution ).
Well-meaning members in good standing of all other faiths are welcome to join our Order as full Associate Members with the rank of Knight. Such Associate Members are entitled to all the rights and dignities of the Order excluding the right to hold office. |

There are no annual obligations required of members, only passage and registration fees which must be paid to the Grand Conclave on entering of the Order. New postulates on joining the order will receive the Brevet of the Order and are then entitled to wear all appropriate regalia and insignia. Passage is not payable until acceptance into the Order. |

For those who wish to be associated with the Order, whether they are from another Order of Chivalry or not, a small yearly obligation to the Order is required. This permits attendance at official events and participation in the running of the Order but does not give voting rights. As an Associate member, regalia is not required. If the Associates are from another Chivalric Order, they are entitled to wear our Order's regalia while wearing the regalia from their mother Order. |

Entry into the Order is based upon a demonstration of appropriate Merit to the satisfaction of the Sovereign Prince, Agreement with the Orthodox Nicene Creed, and a Solemn Obligation by the aspirants that they will respect and obey the Aims, Purposes, and the Constitution and Bylaws of the order.

The Nicene Creed
I believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible.
And in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all ages. Light of Light, true God of true God, begotten, not created, of one essence with the Father, through whom all things were made.
For us and for our salvation, He came down from heaven and was incarnate by the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary and became man.
He was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate, and He suffered and was buried.
On the third day He rose according to the Scriptures.
He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead. His kingdom will have no end.
And in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the Giver of Life, who proceeds from the Father, who together with the Father and the Son is worshipped and glorified, who spoke through the prophets.
In one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church.
I acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
I expect the resurrection of the dead.
And the life of the age to come.

We, Chevalier Nicolas Laos, The Most Illustrious Sovereign Prince of THE SOVEREIGN CHRISTIAN ORTHODOX UNITED ORDER OF THE RED CROSS OF CONSTANTINE AND THE ORDERS OF THE HOLY SEPULCHER AND SAINT JOHN THE EVANGELIST do, by these Presents, Establish, Ordain, and Decree the following Articles, Bylaws, and Constitutional Charter of the said Sovereign Jurisdiction given at, under Our Sign, seal and Manual, on this day of 18 November 2008 A.D.
We (Prince Nicolas Laos,) have decided to resign from our authority of America and declare you (Prince, the Chev Dr Marcus A.C.F. Barccani-Dunston) as the Sovereign Prince of the Sovereign Jurisdiction of America of our Constantinian Order. The Jurisdiction is completely in your own hands, according to the Charter we are attaching herewith. You will receive this Charter signed and sealed by post within the next few days. May God help you. You may manage the Order in the Americas according to your own ethos and prepare your own website. We, Chevalier Nicolas Laos, therefore resign from any control and administration over this Sovereign Jurisdiction.
